The good news is the core “meat” of the book is essentially done and coming together incredibly well. We’ve been deep in the final stages of organizing, refining, and making sure this becomes the ultimate GameShark collector piece it deserves to be.
The Vault content is also shaping up quite awesomely!! See above for a tiny sliver of what it's looking like.
Right now, a big focus for us is figuring out the coolest and most meaningful ways to include community contributions, memories, stories, photos, discoveries, and behind-the-scenes material from all of you. We want this to feel bigger than just a cheat code book, more like a time capsule for an entire era of gaming.
The group and I have been working hard behind the scenes to make sure this thing lands properly and feels special when it arrives in your hands.

If you grabbed the Community Contributor Pack, this is your moment.
We’re opening submissions now. Drop your best stuff:
- your favorite GameShark memory
- the game you absolutely broke wide open
- your go-to cheat code
- your weirdest discovery
- anything from the cheat-device era that deserves to be preserved

A few quick notes:

BackerKit Shipping Charges Coming Soon (Heads Up)

Quick heads up: we’re getting close to the next phase of production, so we’re going to start charging shipping (and any unpaid add-ons) through BackerKit soon.
So if you see a BackerKit charge on your card, that’s us. Nothing shady.
Before we run charges, please double-check your BackerKit survey:
- make sure your shipping address is correct
- confirm any sizes (if you ordered merch)
- add anything you want to add now, if you’re planning to
If you haven’t completed your survey yet, please do that ASAP so we don’t have to chase you later.

BackerKit Survey Reminder (and what’s available inside)

Hey everyone,
Quick reminder: our BackerKit surveys are live, and about 22% are still incomplete.
If you haven’t filled yours out yet, please do it when you get a minute. We need your survey completed so we can lock in:
- your shipping address

shirt/hoodie size (if you ordered merch)
- any name-in-book details (if you selected that)
Important
Completing the survey does not change what you pledged on Kickstarter. Your pledge is locked. This is just the step that lets us fulfill it correctly.
What’s available in the survey (optional)
BackerKit also gives you the option to add extras if you want. Totally optional, but here’s what’s in there:

BackerKit Surveys Are Live (Not Fraud)

We just sent out the official BackerKit surveys for the project. These are real and expected. BackerKit is the tool we’re using to collect the final details we need to fulfill everything properly, like:
- Shipping address
- T-shirt/hoodie sizes (if you added merch)
- Name-in-the-book details (if you selected that)
- Any add-ons or upgrades you want to add post-campaign
So if you receive an email asking you to complete your survey or confirm details, that’s coming from us through BackerKit.
How to stay safe:
- Only use the survey link included in the BackerKit email you received
- If you’re unsure, you can also access your survey directly through your Kickstarter pledge and updates
- We will never ask you for your password or anything shady
If you didn’t get an email yet, don’t worry, sometimes they land in Promotions/Spam or roll out in batches.
If you’re ever unsure, just message us on Kickstarter and we’ll confirm it’s legit.
